Sukiyaki-Style Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
Boil the rice, dice the peppers and mix both ingredients together with the minced meat. Hollow out the mushrooms and fill them with the mixture. Place in a dish, pour over the Kikkoman Sukiyaki Sauce and chicken broth and bake in a convection oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
Ingredients for 10 portions:
- > 100 g Japanese rice
- > 10 peppers (red, green, yellow)
- > 300 g minced chicken meat
- > approx. 300 g shiitake mushrooms
- > 2 l Kikkoman Sukiyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- > 1 l chicken stock
- > carrots and chopped leek
