Seasonal Salads with Lemon Dressing
Bring the water, starch, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar to the boil, stirring continuously. Continue stirring as you add the lemon juice, spring onion rings, then leave to cool. Arrange the salad decoratively on a plate, finish the lemon dressing with melted butter and pour it over the salad.
Ingredients for 10 portions:
- > 1 l water
- > 50 g starch
- > 400 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
- > 400 ml rice vinegar
- > 200 g sugar
- > 50 ml lemon juice
- > 100 g spring onion rings
- > 500 g seasonal salad (ready prepared)
