Prawns in a Vegetable Nest
Peel the ginger and grate it into a salad bowl, add the jalapeno chilli and mix with Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce. Place the prawns in the salad bowl, combine with the sauce and put aside. Grate all vegetables to create fine spaghetti-like strips. Peel the onions and cut into thick slices. Finely chop the coriander. Heat up the oil in a wok, add the onion slices and fry for 20 seconds. Add the carrot and pepper spaghetti and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the courgette spaghetti and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes, then remove the vegetables from the wok and place aside. Put the prawns and the sauce in the wok and fry for 3 minutes at high heat, stirring frequently, then add the vegetables and stir-fry for one minute. Sprinkle over the finely-chopped coriander leaves, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
