Stir-fried Noodles with Mushrooms & Ham

Place the meat in a marinade of Kikkoman, sesame oil and chili for at least 15 minutes. Prepare the noodles as instructed and rinse well in cold water. Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the spring onions and rinse the spinach well. Drain the meat well and reserve the marinade for later.

Stir-fry the meat on both sides in a little oil for 1-2 minutes and put it to one side. Stir-fry mushrooms and cashew nuts until the mushrooms are golden. Add spring onions and wok strips and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles and baby spinach and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add marinade, soy sauce and honey. Bring to the boil, season to taste and serve.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • > 400 g ham in wok strips
  • > 200 g noodles
  • > 200 g mushrooms, optional mixture
  • > 1 bunch spring onions
  • > 150 g baby spinach
  • > 75 g toasted cashew nuts
  • > 2 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • > 1-2 tsp. honey

For the marinade:

  • > 2 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • > 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • > 12 tsp. ground chili
