Bruschetta with Tuna & Avocado Tatar

Wash the tuna in cold water, wash the spring onions, remove the avocado flesh, wash the cherry tomatoes, then dice and mix everything together. Grate a little lime rind and squeeze out the juice. Mix together 2 tsp. lime juice, wasabi paste and soy sauce, then add to the tuna mixture and season with pepper. Mix the butter with the lime rind. Toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a toaster, spread with lime butter and top with Tuna & Avocado Tatar. Then garnish with coriander to serve.

  • > 200 g fresh tuna
  • > 1 spring onion
  • > 1/2 avocado
  • > 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • > 1/2 untreated lime
  • > 1 tsp. wasabi paste
  • > 4 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • > 1 pinch of white pepper
  • > 40 g butter
  • > 8 baguette slices
  • > a few coriander leaves
