Empire State Herb Chicken served with a Mixed Leaf Salad
Finely chop the jalapeno chillies and mix well with the other marinade ingredients. Marinate the chicken breast fillets for 30 minutes. Grill the fillets for 5-10 minutes on each side (or until cooked through), baste with the remaining marinade and season with salt. Arrange on a bed of mixed leaves and serve.

- > 4 chicken breast fillets
- > assortment of mixed leaves

- > 2 deseeded jalapeno chillies
- > 4 tbsp. olive oil
- > juice of 1 lime
- > 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- > 2 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- > 115 g chopped rosemary
- > 115 g chopped parsley
- > salt
