Kikkoman Steak Salad
Place the meat in a marinade of Kikkoman soy sauce, beef bouillon and sherry for at least 30 minutes. Drain and grill the beef steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on their thickness. Allow the meat to rest and cut it into thin slices. Cut the sugar snaps lengthways and mix with salad leaves, radishes and red onion.
Serve the meat on a plate together with the salad leaves and serve with bread.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- > 4 good thick beef steaks
- > 7 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- > 2 tbsp. concentrated beef bouillon
- > 2 tbsp. dry sherry or rice wine
- > 1 large handful young salad leaves
- > 125 g sugar snap peas
- > 200 g radishes, shredded
- > 1 finely chopped red onion
