Tuna Tartare
Chop the tuna fillet finely and marinate in the sauce. Season with a little fresh lemon juice and serve with a garnish of herbs and bean sprouts.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- > Fresh, finely chopped tuna fillet, 120g - 150g per serving
- > Fresh lemon juice
- > Herbs, bean sprouts as a garnish
Tuna marinade:
- > 300 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
- > 150 ml mirin
- > 150 ml fish sauce
- > 400 ml water
- > 50 g cane sugar
