Tuna Tartare

Chop the tuna fillet finely and marinate in the sauce. Season with a little fresh lemon juice and serve with a garnish of herbs and bean sprouts.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

    • > Fresh, finely chopped tuna fillet, 120g - 150g per serving
    • > Fresh lemon juice
    • > Herbs, bean sprouts as a garnish

    Tuna marinade:

    • > 300 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
    • > 150 ml mirin
    • > 150 ml fish sauce
    • > 400 ml water
    • > 50 g cane sugar
