Fried Mie Noodles
Lightly sauté the garlic, diced onions and ginger in oil. Whisk the egg, add it to the fried ingredients and cook. Add the pasta, together with a little sesame oil, and fry briefly over a high heat. Finish by seasoning with soy sauce.
Ingredients for 10 portions:
- > Vegetable oil for frying
- > 10 cloves of garlic, sliced
- > 500 g onions, diced
- > Approx. 40-50 g pickled ginger
- > 10 eggs
- > 1,5 kg cooked tagliatelle pasta
- > A little sesame sesame oil
- > 150 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
