Colourful Pasta Bake

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Clean the peppers and dice. Heat 2 tbsp. of butter, fry the turkey breast on all sides, season with 2 tbsp. of sweet soy sauce and pepper. Remove the turkey. Add the remaining butter, cook the crab and diced peppers stirring constantly and season with 2 tbsp. of sweet soy sauce. Remove the peppers and crab. Mix the remaining juices with the sour cream, stock, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar and the remaining sweet soy sauce and heat briefly. Grease the baking dish and spoon in the noodles, turkey breast, peppers and crab. Pour the sauce over and cover everything with gouda. Bake for about 25 minutes (180 degrees, convection oven 160 degrees) and serve garnished with leek.

  • > 1 small yellow pepper
  • > 200 g crab meat
  • > 4 tbsp. butter
  • > 6 tbsp. Kikkoman sweet soy sauce
  • > coarsely ground pepper
  • > 200 g sour cream
  • > 1/8 l broth
  • > 1 tsp. paprika
  • > 3 tsp. sugar
  • > 3 tbsp. grease for the baking dish
  • > 150 g chicken drumsticks
