Teriyaki Chicken

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Mix the Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade, mustard, vinegar, honey, garlic, five tablespoons water, salt and pepper together well. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, pour over the marinade and marinate for about 1 hour. Turn from time to time, remove and drain. Place the chicken on the barbecue. Cook for about 15 minutes coating repeatedly with the marinade. Slice the baguette. Serve the chicken thighs hot garnished with salad leaves, parsley and spring onions as you prefer and with the baguette slices.

  • > 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

  • > 8 chicken thighs (100 g each)
  • > 1/2 baguette
