Duck Teriyaki

Marinate the duck in Teriyaki marinade for approx. 20 minutes. Fry over a hot flame and then roast in oven for approx. 7 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix orange juice and Teriyaki marinade into the meat juices, add sugar and mustard and allow to reduce. Arrange duck teriyaki on a plate, pour over orange sauce and distribute vegetable strips on top.

  • 60 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
  • > fat for frying
  • > 200 ml orange juice
  • > 20 g sugar
  • > 20 g mustard
  • > 20 g radish
  • > 20 g carrots
  • > 20 g celery
  • > 20 g cucumbers
