Teriyaki glazed burger
Add the ingredients, except for the Teriyaki marinade, to a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide into four balls then shape into 4 patties, no thicker than 2 cm. Place the burgers into the fridge for 10 minutes while the barbecue heats up. Brush the burgers with the Teriyaki marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side and serve straight away in buns with cucumber and spring onions. Serve with toasted buns and finely shredded spring onions and cucumber.

- > 500 g lean beef mince
- > 1 onion, finely chopped
- > 1 garlic clove, crushed
- > 1 medium red chilli, finely chopped
- > 3 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
- > 1 egg
- > 50 g breadcrumbs
- > 1/2 tbsp. ground coriander
- > 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
- > Salt and pepper
