Ratatouille
Cut the onion, courgette, aubergine and tomatoes into chunks. Sauté in hot olive oil with the garlic. Add the Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce and tomato juice and bring to the boil. Season with salt, oregano and chilli powder to taste. Serve with rice.
