Gunkan maki ('submarine rolls' with smoked salmon and caviar)
For each piece take approx. 15 g sushi rice and form it into a cylinder using your fingers and the ball of your hand. Wrap a slice of smoked salmon around the rice cylinder and spread some cream cheese on the top. Decorate with slices of cucumber and caviar.
