Antipasti

Cut the peppers, courgette, onion and mushrooms into bite-sized slices or pieces, fry separately in 3 tbsp. olive oil until just tender and cool. Then marinade in a mixture of 3 tbsp. olive oil, Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce, lemon juice, thyme and rosemary, salt and ground mixed peppercorns. Marinate for approx. 3 hours, drain and serve.

  • > 1 red pepper
  • > 1 courgette

  • > 200 g mushrooms (e.g. shiitake or oyster mushrooms)
  • > 6 tbsp. olive oil

  • > 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • > 1 sprig of thyme
  • > 1 sprig of rosemary
  • > salt
  • > 1 tsp. ground mixed peppercorns
