Teriyaki Tuna Tartar with Sauerkraut Fritters

Peel the onions and potatoes. Chop the onions finely and grate the potatoes. Mix both with the sauerkraut, egg and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the tuna. Cut the leeks into fine rings. Finely chop the ginger, garlic and coriander. Mix everything with Teriyaki marinade. Heat up the oil in a pan with a non-stick coating and make little fritters out of the sauerkraut mixture. Arrange on the plate with the tuna.
