Sukiyaki Vegetable Cocktail
Place 250 ml vegetable juice in an ice-cube tray and freeze overnight. Put 500 ml vegetable juice in a blender with Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce and mix for 3 minutes at the highest setting. Place 4 to 8 ice-cubes aside. Crush the remaining frozen juice cubes, add them to the drink and blend again. Wash the mint or basil, shake it dry and place 4 double leaves aside. Pluck the remaining leaves and chop them finely. Add to the finished drink and stir with a spoon but do not blend. Season with freshly-ground pepper. Pour the drink into a chilled glass and add 1-2 frozen juice cubes. Add a shot of gin according to preference. Garnish with cucumber sticks and mint or basil leaves.
