Mixed Vegetable Kebabs
Separate the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water. Peel and quarter the onions, wash the carrots and cut them into sticks, wash the mushrooms and cut the tofu into cubes. Put all the ingredients alternately onto 8 wooden skewers. Stir together the sherry, Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade, ground ginger, five spice powder, salt and honey. Place the kebabs in a large dish, pour over some of the marinade. Leave to marinate for approx. one hour and then add some more marinade. Grill the vegetable kebabs for approx. 10 minutes. Arrange on plates to serve, garnished with parsley if desired.
Tip: You can intensify the flavour if you brush the kebabs with Teriyaki marinade while they are cooking.

- > 16 small, fresh button mushrooms
- > 250 g tofu

- > 5 tbsp. dry sherry
- > 10 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- > 1 tsp. ground ginger
- > 1 tsp. five spice powder
- > 3 tbsp. honey
- > parsley to garnish
