BBQ-Style Peppers
Halve the peppers, clean and wash them, and either drizzle or brush on a little Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade on the inside. Wash and dice the tomatoes and olives. Use a fork to mix the cheese, tomatoes, olives, capers and croûtons, season with 2-3 tablespoons of Teriyaki marinade and use the mixture to fill the peppers. Wrap a slice of bacon around each pepper and grill on a tray for approx. 10-15 minutes.

- > 30 g dried tomatoes in oil
- > 10 green olives
- > 200 g cream cheese
- > 50 g capers
- > 60 g grated goat's cheese
- > 60 g croûtons
- > 8 slices of bacon
