Tuna-Flavoured Pasta

Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain the tuna and wash the cherry tomatoes. Heat up the sweet soy sauce briefly in a pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes briefly. Pour over the cream and bring to the boil. Add the tuna and capers, heat briefly and season with pepper. Serve as a sauce with the ribbon noodles.

  • > 400 g green ribbon noodles or tagliatelle
  • > 1 tin of tuna in water (= 185 ml)
  • > 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 8 tbsp. Kikkoman sweet soy sauce
  • > 300 ml cream
  • > 1 tbsp. capers
  • > mixed, roughly ground pepper
