Spicy Minute Steaks
Dab the steaks dry and cut a pocket into each of them. Halve and wash the pepper and Jalapeno pepper. Peel the onion. Dice the onion, pepper and Jalapeno pepper and mix with the cream cheese and one tablespoon of Teriyaki marinade. Fill the minute steaks with the mixture and use toothpicks to hold the open side closed. To make the marinade, stir the remaining Teriyaki marinade with the honey, brush onto the steaks and grill for 10-15 minutes on each side.

- > 4 minute steaks (each approx. 200 g)
- > 1 small red pepper
- > 1 small red Jalapeno pepper
- > 1 small onion
- > 50 g cream cheese
- > 6-8 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
- > 1 tbsp. honey
