Soy Sauce Schnitzel
Wash the tomatoes, drain the mozzarella and cut both into slices. Fill each steak with tomatoes, mozzarella and 1 sage leaf, close with a small wooden skewer and brush with soy sauce. Heat up the oil and fry the soy sauce schnitzels on both sides for 5 to 8 minutes.
Tip: Serve with fresh focaccia bread and a spicy dip as a fantastic party food.

- > 4 large or 8 small pork minute steaks
- > 4 or 8 fresh sage leaves
