Marinated Fillet Steak with Chunky Potato Chips and Roast Tomatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick chips. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with garlic salt. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/ gas mark 6 and bake for approx. 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally. In the meantime, prepare the steaks by mixing together the Teriyaki marinade, ginger and mustard and brushing the mixture onto the steaks. Leave to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half, season with garlic salt and place in the oven with the potatoes 10 minutes before the end of their cooking time. Grill the marinated steaks on both sides on a hot grill. The grilling time depends on the grill setting and the proximity of the steaks to the heat source. Remove the steaks from the grill, leave to stand for 2 minutes and serve with the potato chips and tomatoes.
