Spicy Teriyaki Tuna Steaks
Wash the tuna steaks and pat them dry. Stir together the Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade with the oil, lime juice and chilli flakes, and brush the tuna steaks with the mixture. Leave to marinate for a while, then place on a tray under the hot grill for approx. 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the rest of the marinade.
Tip: These spicy teriyaki tuna steaks taste delicious with a Kikkoman Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce and yoghurt dip.
